Subject: Race Cancelled Sent: 10/16/2026 03:08 pm GMT Ahoy CHESSSMates, Due to the Gale Warning and low temps all day tomorrow, the Board has determined it is best to Cancel the race tomorrow. We are happy to roll over the entry to the Last Hurrah Race in November. If you entered and would like to be added to Last Hurrah, please let me know. Subject: Updates for Saturday's CHESSS - Make Mine A Double Sent: 10/14/2026 10:17 pm GMT Ahoy,
Given wind models, the one spin boat has moved to non-spin.
We will be watching the wind models and the RC will make a call Friday night about the race Saturday.
It may be a challenging as the SOLO Cup race, but getting colder as the day progresses. Be prepared for cold and windy weather.
