Water Temperature

  50F at Little Falls – drysuit highly recommended given the windy conditions

Air Temperature

  Increasing clouds, with a high near 55. 

River Flow

  8.5 feet above gauge and falling (4 feet is normal).  I think that means the outgoing flow is well above average.

Low Tide 

  1:30 pm at Alexandria

  With the wind blowing water out of the cove sail further south before cutting across.

My official risk assessment is “average”.  Two skiffs will be on the water and we have experienced RC on both, but only you can judge the risk to yourself of the conditions.
