The 2026 Hobie 14 Open & Women’s North American Championship will bring together top Hobie 14 sailors from across North America for four days of competitive, high-energy, one-design racing on the emerald waters of Choctawhatchee Bay. Fort Walton Yacht Club (FWYC), known for its world-class regattas and southern hospitality, looks forward to welcoming the Hobie community back to the Gulf Coast for outstanding racing and camaraderie.
Racing is scheduled Monday through Friday, with a full social program throughout the week for competitors, families, and guests.

Primitive RV parking and tent camping are available on-site for free.
Tent camping is available on the point at Fort Walton Yacht Club on a first-come, first-served basis.
Class B vans (serving as the tow vehicle and within FWYC size limits) are permitted, but must be coordinated in advance with the Regatta Chair to ensure parking availability and compliance with club policies.
Staying at the venue keeps the atmosphere social, relaxed, and convenient — perfect for early-morning rigging and evening gatherings on the water.
